Homemade Peanut Butter

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups dried-roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method:

  1. Add the peanuts, the maple syrup and the salt into your BioChef Atlas Power blender and turn on to low speed.
  2. After the peanuts are completely broken down and begin to turn creamy, turn the blender to its medium speed.
  3. Continue blending until the peanut butter is completely smooth.
  4. Transfer the peanut butter to a jar, and chill for at least 8 hours to achieve the traditional thick peanut butter texture.
