Oatmeal Energy Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oats (jumbo rolled oats)
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup smooth natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- Attach the mincing/processing strainer to your BioChef Axis Cold Press Juicer. Use a large mixing bowl to capture the processed ingredients.
- Turn the machine on and feed ingredients through slowly, alternating a tablespoon at a time.
- Once processed, mix by hand to combine thoroughly.
- Roll into 3cm balls using a cookie scoop or tablespoon.
