Oatmeal Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats (jumbo rolled oats)
  • 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup smooth natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

  1. Attach the mincing/processing strainer to your BioChef Axis Cold Press Juicer. Use a large mixing bowl to capture the processed ingredients.
  2. Turn the machine on and feed ingredients through slowly, alternating a tablespoon at a time.
  3. Once processed, mix by hand to combine thoroughly.
  4. Roll into 3cm balls using a cookie scoop or tablespoon.
