Vegan Cherry & Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Serves: 2-3

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of frozen pitted cherries
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • Chocolate chips

Method:

  1. Add the coconut cream, the frozen pitted cherries and the maple syrup into your BioChef Living Food Blender and blend on the ‘ice-cream’ setting until thick and creamy.
  2. Transfer to a loaf pan and add some chocolate chips and mix with a spoon. Freeze at least 4 hours.
  3. When ready to serve, scoop into a bowl and serve immediately.
